Full-Time Preschool Childcare

The Botetourt Family YMCA Early Learning Center provides full-time care for preschoolers in a safe, welcoming environment.

The program focuses on essential:

Physical development
Cognitive development
Social development
Emotional development

Children learn through creative play and hands-on experiences.

Ages: 2.5–5 years old
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Financial assistance options are available through DSS and the YMCA.

Y Pass Middle School Program

“Banishing Boredom” — Y Pass Middle School Program

The Y Pass program provides middle school students with a safe and nurturing place to:

Socialize
Complete homework
Participate in group activities
Be active
Learn
Develop skills and relationships

The program is designed to help students grow into responsible young adults.

Who Can Participate?

The program is for students from:

Read Mountain Middle School
Central Academy Middle School

Location

Botetourt Family YMCA

Hours

From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
Early dismissal days are also included.

Fees

$40 per month program fee
Students must have a YMCA membership.

Transportation

Transportation is offered in partnership with Botetourt County Public Schools (BCPS).

Registration

Parents and guardians can enroll their students at the Botetourt Family YMCA Welcome Desk or online.
